From the relative obscurity of National One to the England No.8 jersey, Nick Easter’s has been an unorthodox rise to the top. He charts his progress in this month’s magazine in a frank interview in which Easter admits to a time when he wasn’t exactly a model professional!

“I went to a club (Orrell) who were in National Two and National One where we could afford to go out and drink two or three times a week and still turn up and win by 40 points,” he says.
